I am a Registered Dietitian with over 8 years of experience. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a major in Nutrition followed by the Integrated Dietetic Internship in Alberta from the University of Alberta.

I have experience working in long term care as well as in the primary care setting, where I have worked with clients across the lifespan. In this time, I have worked with various nutrition concerns, including chronic disease management, nutritional deficiencies, digestive diseases/concerns, picky eating, prenatal nutrition, disordered eating, malnutrition, and many more.

I am passionate about remaining current with the latest evidence-based recommendations and providing individualized, client-centered care. In my practice I focus motivational interviewing, behaviour based goal setting, and mindfulness. I use a weight-neutral approach, meaning that I work with my clients to optimize mental, physical and emotional health through self-care, not weight-loss strategies.

In my free time, I enjoy testing new recipes, trying new restaurants, spending quality time with family and friends, as well as cuddling up on my couch to watch a movie or read a book.
