Considering attending therapy – whether for the first time or for the 100th time in your life – is an enormous step to take. I commend all people who seek to better their lives and the lives of those around them by being willing to examine themselves and take action, towards a more fulfilling path.
As your potential counsellor, I would be honoured to share your unique journey. I am a strong believer that everyone has inherent strengths and the ability to overcome anything that life places in front of us.
About me: I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student with the University of Yorkville. I have over 9 years of experience in both the Social Services and Disability Management fields. Outside of my educational path, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Alberta as well as my nearly-completed Master’s degree, my career path has allowed me to work with people from all walks of life.
I am interested in continuing to develop an integrative, client-centred, and evidence-based counselling approach. During my internship with Level-Up Leadership Consulting and Psychology, my work will be supervised by our Clinical Director and Registered Psychologist Mitchell Tokarek.
